We at Istockhomes are looking for 100 (not 101 ) Joint venture partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To become a Joint Venture Partner with Istockhomes is a minimum investment of $1 million USD. If you don’t have a million to invest please go to option “A”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, here is how the Joint Venture Partnership is going to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, this is only available to the first 100 people or entities that are wanting to invest in Istockhomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The First 2 spots are taken, 98 spots are remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This investment is to grow Istockhomes and it’s business model. All of the proceeds will remain in the company Istockhomes and none will be lent out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The money will be used to staff Istockhomes with office staff, website programmers, accounting staff, book-keeping staff and the like. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, The money will be used to bring traffic to Istockhomes.com through marketing and advertising. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third, The money will be used to bring Paruse to life with a physical store complete with inventory in British Columbia, Canada. This will be the first of many stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forth, some money will be used to bring to life “4 am”, This being a coffeeshop that obviously opens at 4 am, The purpose of the coffee shop is to give people who deliberately get up and going at 4 am for the purpose of growing there business a place to meet like-minded people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, To you people who want to invest a minimum of $1,000,000.00 USD ( more if you like ). We at Istockhomes will be setting aside 10% of the net profit of Istockhomes Marketing every year for the original 100 investors this will continue for the life of Istockhomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once all 100 Investors are in place and we total how much money was raised we will figure out what percent each of the 100 investors will be receiving back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, one Investor may choose to put in $5,000,000.00 this could increase the investment pot to $104,000,000, giving this investor a slightly larger piece of the net profits of Istockhomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
