App2 is the canonical design language. Brands inherit header layout, spacing, typography, and responsive behavior. Permitted differences only: business logo, colours, navigation, content. Footer always remains the Istockhomes Trust Layer. No sticky/fixed headers by default. Reuse — do not reinvent.
