  1. It’s FREE to list your luxury rental property on this site. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. This list is “Luxury Rentals” and is meant for just that. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The units will need to be well-maintained and well-cared for. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The units will need to be fully furnished and ready to be occupied! <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. There needs to be a cleaner in place that regularly cleans the dwelling and a landscape company or person that maintains the grounds. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Food will not be provided, refrigerator shall be empty and clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The kitchen shall be complete with all necessary utensils, plates cups and small appliances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These Luxury Rentals are going to be for people who are traveling out of town for work-related activities, individuals who are going through a divorce, or professionals who could not be bothered to purchase, decorate or maintain a house and would rather pay a professional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
