Does Istockhomes accept overseas investments? Yes, We do not discriminate where the money comes from as long as the money has been acquired legally and we are more than willing to comply with KYC and AML laws. 

Does Istockhomes provide an Investment Security Guarantee Certificate? NO, Istockhomes, Private Equity Fund is an avenue where investors are given an opportunity to invest in the building of Istockhomes, building the assets, and helping Istockhomes move towards becoming a publicly traded company.  

Does Istockhomes provide an Investment Liability Guarantee Insurance (IGLI) certificate at the expense of Istockhomes? NO. If an investor or investment firm wants to purchase an investment guarantee of any sort they can do so prior to investing in Istockhomes Private Equity Fund. 

Does Brad Camp, travel overseas to meet with investors? NO. Brad Camp is based on Vancouver Island in the City of Nanaimo and is willing to travel as far as Victoria British Columbia, and Vancouver British Columbia to meet with Investors and is willing to chat over video using Zoom. 

Does Istockhomes sell percentages of the company to Investors? NO, Istockhomes sells shares and prints up share certificates “Class C” without par value. We regularly update and publish the updated value of the shares on the website https://istockhomes.com/pef  

How much does a share of Istockhomes currently cost? Currently, the cost of 1 share is $1.05 USD.

How do I go about purchasing a share? This is fairly easy all you need to do is fill out a form on the website https://istockhomes.com/pef fill out the number of shares you wish to purchase and fill out the rest of the form with your contact information and then we will be in touch with you to arrange your payment and to issue you your shares and share certificate. Once your shares have been purchased you will be listed on our Istockhomes Shares Ledger. 

Is Istockhomes for sale to a large investor or hedge fund? Not likely. The reason for this is that building Istockhomes has been challenging and growing the company is rewarding along with our goal of helping little guys succeed in business is rewarding in and of itself. 

What happens if Brad Camp passes away unexpectedly? If Brad Camp passes away unexpectedly Istockhomes will be put up for sale to the highest bidder the process will be done and arranged by Prentice Durbin, Corporate Lawyer for Istockhomes https://harpergrey.com/lawyer/prentice-durbin/

1st the companies and individuals who have already invested in Istockhomes will be notified and will have the first right to bid on the entire company along with all of its assets. Price will be set by Prentice Durbin.
