Regarding having a pitch deck or showing a forecast, I firmly believe in never showing your cards.
It’s fine to show some cards and tease a little bit but if you are not ready to stand your ground and if you think somehow your intellectual property is protected by some non-disclosure agreement, a patent-pending, or even a patent you are gambling.
This is why at Istockhomes I openly display what I did yesterday and even showcase a tease of where I’m headed tomorrow. I’ll make no promises or guarantees as I’m on an untraveled path and want to keep it that way. If the wind changes direction I accept it and redirect accordingly.
When Investing in Istockhomes know that it is a game and my desire is to win! Those who support the journey also deserve to win. Those who are weak and timid please take your precious money elsewhere to a better traveled, better paved, smoother path with more predictable results.
