Company ( A ) The holder of Private and confidential information for KYC – AML security
Company ( B ) A registered company with Company ( A ) wanting to verify a Company ( C )
Company ( C ) A Company with a profile on company ( A )
Individual Person. A person who has a verified profile on company ( A’s ) website
A company ( B ) should be able to look up a person or a company ( C ) on a secure website and verify the company ( C ), along with the company( C ) president.
A registered company ( B ) or entity including police, banks, financial institutions, and similar should also be able to look up an individual person and verify their identity without ever having access to their confidential Identification, like passports, driver’s licenses, bank account numbers, or any other Identification.
The Company,( A ) tasked with verifying the identification should be able to verify all related documents and social profiles to create a complete profile of the Company ( C ) or person being researched.
The verified company ( B ) must also have a complete profile and be registered on the company’s ( A ) website.
Company ( A ) needs to be able to provide a unique identification number that can be entered on their ( Company A’s ) when the company ( B ) has signed in and is then able to access the profile.
When a company ( B ) signs into Company ( A’s ) website and then searches for the unique identification number. They should be able to verify The individual or company desired and should be able to pull up the profile for the company or individual and have access to the complete legal name, address, email, cellular or phone number, or both, should have clickable links to all listed social media profiles.
This verification system should allow registered users to verify individuals or companies without ever having access to or storing anything confidential like passport numbers.
The unique identity number provided by company ( A ) should be a searchable set of numbers that can be publicly displayed anywhere without ever being a security risk to any individual or company.
To have any access to company ( A’s ) website the user must have a complete profile that has been verified.
