Your guide to being listed on this site.

1. It’s FREE to list your luxury rental property on this site.
2. This list is “Luxury Rentals” and is meant for just that.
3. The units will need to be well-maintained and well-cared for.
4. The units will need to be fully furnished and ready to be occupied!
5. There needs to be a cleaner in place that regularly cleans the dwelling and a landscape company or person that maintains the grounds.
6. Food will not be provided, refrigerator shall be empty and clean.
7. The kitchen shall be complete with all necessary utensils, plates cups and small appliances.

These Luxury Rentals are going to be for people who are traveling out of town for work-related activities, individuals who are going through a divorce, or professionals who could not be bothered to purchase, decorate or maintain a house and would rather pay a professional.
